Reality Check

So after several days of trying to get to it when the children weren't crawling all over me and then fighting the material (faux fur is a real mess to work with) I have decided to back burner my Flat Cat. I think faux fur was a mistake, I should have just used some minky. I will try to get to it later, but now I need to start my other friend's baby quilt because, holy cow, her shower is like a month away. Better to get the big presents done before the little ones, no?

Between the sewing, the children, making fires in the fireplace because SNOW and trying not to fall over because of course I'm coming down with a cold now - I am not sure how often I'll be posting at present.

I will, however, make one last request that all Holiday Handmade Sekret Exchange people get their "How I did that" posts sent to those they made gifts for. I know there are some people waiting for them and I am dying to see what people got. Thanks, ladies!
