Last night was the first time I celebrated my birthday in an adult way. Head out of the gutters, people, what I'm saying is usually I do something goofy on my birthday - head out to the zoo, say. Or don't do anything at all. The total bummer of a birthday celebration is no celebration at all. But via an unfortunate event and a change of plans from last week, my friends and I happened to move girls night to last night and I had my first Wine Bar experience. Nibbling on cheese, sipping wine and having adult conversation with the ladies in a dimly lit locale. I didn't get home until well past midnight. It was awesome. Yay!
